1. Scope of Services
Studio Lakka/Anna Farrell provides design services including, but not limited to:
Website and digital design
Print and publication design
Visual strategy and communication assets
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in project proposals or agreements.
2. Payment
Invoices are issued according to the proposal terms.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a fee of 1% per month.
3. Revisions & Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
4. Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of Studio Lakka/Anna Farrell until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.
Studio Lakka/Anna Farrell retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
Studio Lakka/Anna Farrell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Design outcomes are provided as-is for the intended purpose and client context.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Payments are due for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Studio Lakka is legally registered
